WLT Client Conference 2008 is just around the corner, so get your registrations in today! This year’s conference is packed full of events and information. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to participate in free system training sessions where WLT will present the great features that have been added to our systems throughout the past year. We will also introduce our plans for the coming year. Clients will have an opportunity to meet and provide input on the direction of the continued development of the WLT systems based on a group consensus. WLT Software Releases MediFax 2.0 Enhancing Benefit Communications from TPAs to Providers
Clearwater, Florida – WLT Software, a leader in insurance software solutions is proud to announce the release of MediFax 2.0. MediFax 1.0 enables providers to receive eligibility, claim status, deductible, and benefit information, all in real-time, without the use of a customer service representative. MediFax 2.0 also provides this same functionality as MediFax 1.0, but with added features:
- Ability to transmit a separate Schedule of Benefits for Medical, Dental, and Vision, allowing a provider to receive only the necessary information needed for the patient’s visit.
- Transmit the members plan number and plan description to reduce incoming provider calls for the administrator.
- Gives the administrator the ability to record and edit their Automated Voice Response (AVR) system to customize the MediFax product to suit there needs.
WLT Software Releases MediCard, Combined Payment and Healthcare ID Card
Clearwater, Florida – WLT Software, a service provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is releasing the industry’s first combined payment and healthcare ID card. MediCard is the only real-time adjudication, payment advice, and claim settlement system providing members with the first check-in to check-out healthcare ID and benefits card. MediCard members can not only use this card for Healthcare ID and payment, but a variety of other things.
