Preinstallation Planning

Core to any system implementation is the planning effort involved to guarantee a successful execution. We perform various analyses to assess the current technical state and business needs, and we develop planning documents to support the functionalities required for implementation. Additionally, we help to identify and address both technical and organizational challenges prior to implementation.

Hardware Recommendations

There isn't any need for you to understand all the complex facets of today's hardware options. From the beginning, WLT's Technical Support Staff can work with you to be certain you implement the appropriate hardware and networking software necessary to run your WLT systems.

Processing volumes, staff, anticipated growth, nonrelated WLT usage, and cost considerations are all evaluated by WLT professionals prior to providing you with the recommendations that most closely meet your needs.

Data Conversions

Systems Implementation

WLT has a structured implementation methodology that is designed to put our software solutions into operation effectively in organizations of any size. We create customized plans that identify needs and establish the appropriate training, implementation, support requirements, and time line for individual Clients. Our methodology results in optimal knowledge transfer and assists in developing self-sufficiency.

Our systems implementation services are comprehensive. We bring methodologies and tools, but we tailor our services to fit your organization’s specific needs.

Training

Prior to training, WLT will review plan documents and premium rates so that we can customize your training accordingly.

Recommended training is scheduled differently depending on the needs of the project. If transferring data, two to three days of training are recommended at WLT’s facility. The purpose of this training is to review the data conversion requirements with the WLT team and to determine what the setup process will be in preparation for the conversion.

Next, regardless of data conversion, a five day training is recommended at the processing location prior to the system launch. This training covers all aspects of setup, maintenance, and processing within the system and provides valuable hands-on training.

Additional training is also available after the system launch, once you have been processing on the system. This additional training is offered so that you may become more familiar with the system.

System Support

As programs are enhanced and the corresponding documentation is updated, your Client Services support team routinely forwards releases to you.

Periodic surveys are forwarded from top WLT management to ensure your satisfaction and make certain your needs are being met. The men and women of the WLT team care about you and they take great pride in being one of the top service providers in this industry.

Enhancements

WLT continually provides enhancements to its systems. As industry and government changes occur, WLT sponsors many new system enhancements and distributes them to Clients on a routine basis. Throughout the years, many changes have taken place, and WLT has responded by providing those changes to its Clients as part of its regular service. Enhancements such as PPO, PCP, and HMO processing, Section 125 flexible benefits, COBRA, managed care, HIPAA, and many more have been added free of charge for WLT Clients.

WLT also provides custom programming to Clients, both new and long standing. WLT's Integrated Systems Division analyzes Client enhancement requests as they are received and designs customized programs tailored to meet the needs of WLT's Clients. All custom programming is quoted in advance so that no unexpected additional charges occur.

Focus Groups

The WLT team knows how important Client feedback is to the ongoing development of WLT's systems offerings. As new products are developed and existing systems are enhanced, Clients are invited to provide input into the final design phase of the programs.

Clients are invited to participate in product-specific planning sessions to share information and ideas and provide feedback on the development plans for new releases.

An informal forum is provided to elicit a free flow of ideas and information between WLT's senior management and WLT Clients. Sessions are facilitated by the Integrated Systems Division (ISD) manager, and proposed program enhancements are discussed with the group. A brief demonstration is provided to review the functionality of the current systems so Clients can provide feedback on how WLT can maximize the efficiency of its systems and enhance performance.

Options of consideration, legal requirements, and programming time frames are all presented prior to an open discussion between members of the group.

The WLT team has found these sessions to be an excellent way of communicating with Clients and making certain we all keep on track with meeting the ever changing needs of our industry.
