-Back-Preinstallation Planning
As experienced systems innovators, all WLT team members know that planning for the installation of your new systems is critical to WLT's success as your long-term business partner. Having such vast experience in the implementation of systems throughout WLT's diverse Client base, worldwide, the WLT team provides the critical knowledge base necessary to help you make a smooth transition over to WLT's new generation products.

-Back-Hardware Recommendations
There isn't any need for you to understand all the complex facets of today's hardware options. From the beginning, WLT's Technical Support Staff can work with you to be certain you implement the appropriate hardware and networking software necessary to run your WLT systems.
Processing volumes, staff, anticipated growth, nonrelated WLT usage, and cost considerations are all evaluated by WLT professionals prior to providing you with the recommendations that most closely meet your needs.

-Back-Data Conversions
Many new Clients have come over to WLT from other software vendors' systems. For the last several years, the majority of new WLT installations have been replacements for other software systems. Given the fact that WLT has replaced the systems of so many different companies, WLT's highly qualified Implementation Department professionals have in depth experience in the conversion process.
If you are part of a larger organization, converting data is not just a luxury, it is a necessity if you are to keep current with your processing. The WLT staff is aware of the importance of delivering timely and accurate data back to you to allow you to go on with your business, only better.
-Back-Systems Installation
Once a contract is signed and you become a new WLT Client, WLT's implementation team gathers the necessary information from your staff and all members of the WLT team that you may have been working with in your decision making process. After clarifying all information with you, an installation manual is developed specifically tailored to your operation. Once complete, the necessary system programs CD, documentation, reports manuals, procedures manuals, and installation manuals are forwarded to you and training is scheduled for selected members of your staff.
Prior to receipt of the programs, an appointment is generally set up with a WLT implementation specialist who is assigned to work with you to install your new system. Your specialist works very closely with you and your staff to guide you through the installation.
-Back-Training
Professional, in-depth training is key to maximum utilization of your new WLT systems. By providing you with a solid background in the usage of the software, WLT staff makes certain that you don't miss out on the many unique processing opportunities the systems provide. WLT's Client Services and Implementation teams work very closely with your staff to ensure that you receive the maximum in efficiency and return on investment.
In your initial training, your WLT trainer will show you how to use your new systems as they relate to your operation. Pertinent information on your plans, PPO and HMO arrangements, managed care strategies, billing, fee schedules, claims and payment volumes, current staffing, products or internal offerings, goals, etc., is gathered prior to meeting with the trainees from your organization. Your initial training is then custom tailored to meet your needs so that you are comfortable with exactly how you will utilize your new WLT systems.
Ongoing training sessions are provided for all interested WLT Clients. These sessions provide added benefits to Clients that have been utilizing the WLT systems for awhile. In these sessions, WLT trainers go over new enhancements and take a deeper look at existing system capabilities. Frequently, these sessions teach Clients how to maximize the use of their WLT systems, and they can also provide training for new hires.
WLT also provides customized retraining sessions at your request.
WLT trainers remain available to help you in any way they can. The WLT team wants you to be adept at utilizing your software. Their goal is to make things as easy as possible for you so that you are successful and remain WLT's business partner for many years to come.

WLT's Client Services Team remains available to answer your questions, address your concerns and provide you with helpful information as you need it. Bilingual Support is provided via:

As programs are enhanced and the corresponding documentation is updated, your Client Services support team routinely forwards releases to you.
Periodic surveys are forwarded from top WLT management to ensure your satisfaction and make certain your needs are being met. The men and women of the WLT team care about you and they take great pride in being one of the top service providers in this industry.
-Back-Enhancements
WLT continually provides enhancements to its systems. As industry and government changes occur, WLT sponsors many new system enhancements and distributes them to Clients on a routine basis. Throughout the years, many changes have taken place, and WLT has responded by providing those changes to its Clients as part of its regular service. Enhancements such as PPO, PCP, and HMO processing, Section 125 flexible benefits, COBRA, managed care, HIPAA, and many more have been added free of charge for WLT Clients.
WLT also provides custom programming to Clients, both new and long standing. WLT's Integrated Systems Division analyzes Client enhancement requests as they are received and designs customized programs tailored to meet the needs of WLT's Clients. All custom programming is quoted in advance so that no unexpected additional charges occur.
-Back-Focus Groups
The WLT team knows how important Client feedback is to the ongoing development of WLT's systems offerings. As new products are developed and existing systems are enhanced, Clients are invited to provide input into the final design phase of the programs.
Clients are invited to participate in product-specific planning sessions to share information and ideas and provide feedback on the development plans for new releases.
An informal forum is provided to elicit a free flow of ideas and information between WLT's senior management and WLT Clients. Sessions are facilitated by the Integrated Systems Division (ISD) manager, and proposed program enhancements are discussed with the group. A brief demonstration is provided to review the functionality of the current systems so Clients can provide feedback on how WLT can maximize the efficiency of its systems and enhance performance.
Options of consideration, legal requirements, and programming time frames are all presented prior to an open discussion between members of the group.
The WLT team has found these sessions to be an excellent way of communicating with Clients and making certain we all keep on track with meeting the ever changing needs of our industry.
