WLT’s Client Services team is dedicated to working in partnership with our Clients in order exceed expectations. We pride ourselves on our ability to handle situations in a proactive, efficient and timely manner.

WLT has helped Clients, both domestically and internationally, implement claims processing and benefit solutions for their plan members since 1979. We do not focus on specific niche industries, but rather look for Clients who seek to take control over the cost and effectiveness of administering benefits.

Implementation

WLT has a structured implementation and project management methodology that is designed to put our software solutions into operation effectively in organizations of any size. We perform various analyses to assess your current technical state and business needs, and identify and address both technical and organizational challenges in order to ensure a successful implementation.

Core to any system implementation is the planning effort involved to guarantee a successful execution. Our methodology is based on years of experience in refining and improving the processes and procedures which constitute project management best practices for software systems implementation. We consult with your team to create a customized plan that identifies your needs and establishes the appropriate time line, implementation, training, and support requirements.

In today’s world, the complex facets of hardware options can be a bit overwhelming. From the beginning, WLT's Technical Support Staff can work with you to be certain you implement the appropriate hardware and networking software necessary to run your WLT systems.

Processing volumes, staff, anticipated growth, nonrelated WLT usage, and cost considerations are all evaluated by WLT professionals prior to providing you with the recommendations that most closely meet your needs.

Training

WLT is very proud of the quality of training we offer our Clients. Our Clients' success reflects the value they receive from our training, and the information learned improves workforce performance within their organizations. Through a team-based approach with our Clients, WLT training professionals learn about our Clients’ specific needs and implement customized training programs for optimal performance.

After the initial system training, WLT offers multiple training opportunities throughout the year. Every year, breakout training sessions are offered during our annual Client Conference. These training sessions are designed to target specific areas of the systems as well as recent enhancements and the supplemental products and services WLT offers.

On a quarterly basis, WLT hosts training webinars to educate users about the enhancements to our systems that are being released. By attending these regular training sessions, our Clients are able to stay on top of all of the new system functionality and take advantage of options to help streamline their business and improve productivity.

In addition, we offer customized online and on-site training upon request. Our goal is to provide comprehensive training to our users, allowing them to take full advantage of all that our systems have to offer.

Consulting

In addition to training, WLT offers consulting services to assist our Clients with system configuration and optimization. WLT’s subject matter experts guide Clients in building plans, defining workflows, and implementing processes for administering benefits using our software solutions. Our analysts are highly skilled at evaluating and implementing our Clients’ business requirements.

System Configuration and Optimization

Whether you are a brand new WLT user or a veteran Client, WLT’s configuration experts can help you set up and streamline your processes. A configuration specialist will work with you to learn your individual needs and requirements and consult with you on the best configuration options to maximize the utilization of the system, implement auto-adjudication, or simply increase auto-adjudication rates.

Plan Building

Our experienced plan builders can help you with setting up new plans or tweaking existing plans in order to take advantage of system automation capabilities and to improve the accuracy of benefit payments.

Ad Hoc Reporting

WLT also offers assistance with building ad hoc reports through database queries using Microsoft® Office products and other business intelligence tools such as Crystal Reports. We help you turn your data into useful information for review and analysis.

Customization

WLT’s philosophy of Client Directed Development provides the flexibility to meet our Clients’ unique needs and to proactively adapt to the changes and trends in the Benefits Administration industry. In addition, we offer options for customization of our software solutions in order to give our Clients the competitive edge in the market.

A project manager is assigned to Clients during the initial implementation of the system and they perform a “gap analysis” to identify all requirements. Should customization of the application be identified as a need, we will work with you in order to identify the most cost-effective solution to incorporate into the project plan for a successful implementation.

Once Clients are up and running, from time to time they may find that their needs change and they require new functionality. In this case, WLT will review their requests. Many requests can be easily accommodated at no charge. Some requests may be quoted. The quoting process is provided as a free service to WLT Clients.

WLT can customize available features within our core software systems, build new application extensions, or interface with third-party products using API. We are constantly looking for new opportunities to meet the needs of our Clients in the ever-changing demands of the benefit administration and workers’ compensation administration industries.
